Recently, the University of Nevada - Las Vegas (UNLV) released the "UNLV Civility Statement," which urges students to act civilly, but welcomes "unpopular and unsettling ideas" as an integral part of intellectual inquiry. In response, The Rebel Yell, UNLV's campus newspaper, published a that called upon the administration to punish acts of incivility.
