Robert Ruggeri
Robert Ruggeri served as the Senior Managing Counsel of the State University of New York System. For nearly 3 decades, he advised SUNY administrators and supervised attorneys throughout the System on a wide variety of litigation and issues including the First Amendment. He has taught “Higher Education Law” at SUNY Albany and the University at Buffalo for years. Before joining SUNY, he practiced international trade law at Rogers & Wells in Washington for many years.
