Cait Scanlan
Cait graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Elementary Education. Upon graduation, she started her HR career as the Recruiting Director for a small financial firm and then moved on to work on the agency side. She worked for Tierney, a PR & advertising agency for 5 years as a Recruiter/HR Generalist, and then for e-commerce agency BVA as the Senior Manager of People. Cait is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and she has her SHRM-CP. Cait was nominated in 2017 for the HR Rising Star of the Year Award in the Philadelphia Tri-State area. Outside of her involvement at Â鶹´«Ã½IOS, she loves spending time at the beach with family and friends, traveling, and football. Cait resides in Delaware County with her husband and her two children.
