Student Sues University of Delaware
A University of Delaware student against the university on Wednesday, claiming the university violated his First Amendment rights. Administrators suspended and banned Maciej Murakowski from campus after students complained that a number of posts on his website were graphic, 鈥渞acist, sexist, anti-Semitic, and homophobic.鈥 He鈥檚 seeking reinstatement, credit for missed classes, and punitive damages.
