In 1999, criminal defense attorney joined with University of Pennsylvania professor Alan Charles Kors to found the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education.

On today’s episode of So to Speak: The Free Speech Podcast, we connect with Silverglate at his office in Cambridge, Mass. to discuss �鶹��ýIOS’s founding, the origins of his interest in campus civil liberties, and what he sees for his creation’s future.
