Evaluating the Impact of Colorado Appellate Court's Rejection of Ward Churchill's Appeal
Last week, Inside Higher Ed's Scott Jaschik the of former University of Colorado - Boulder Professor Ward Churchill's appeal of a state district court judge's that the University of Colorado Board of Regents enjoyed "quasi-judicial immunity" after firing Churchill due to alleged research misconduct. Churchill, whose appeal was supported by the American Association of University Professors, the American Civil Liberties Union, and the National Coalition Against Censorship, has vowed to appeal the latest decision.
