Announcing ¹ó±õ¸é·¡â€™s 2019 Regional Conference

Â鶹´«Ã½IOS is thrilled to announce that our third annual Regional Conference will take place on Saturday, April 13, 2019 in Boulder, Colorado.
This special, one-day event offers students a thorough review of their right to free expression, and focuses on the principles of free speech, the parameters of First Amendment law, and the best strategies for campus action. Attendees will learn about the current state of free speech and due process on campus and the proliferation of unconstitutional speech codes.
Our conference brings together college students from coast to coast and across the ideological spectrum who share a passion for free speech and due process. Attendees will participate in dynamic, interactive workshops hosted by Â鶹´«Ã½IOS staff members. Â鶹´«Ã½IOS will learn about the First Amendment, gain skills to protect and celebrate their civil liberties, and develop ideas for putting that new knowledge to work back on their campuses.
¹ó±õ¸é·¡â€™s Regional Conference is free to attend and open to current students, including graduate students and incoming freshmen, at U.S. colleges and universities. Meals will be provided to attendees. Travel reimbursement for up to $300 per student will be available to help students travel to and from Boulder.
