7 Disorderly Conduct 

7.1 Fighting, battery, assault, or physical abuse is prohibited in and around the residential communities. 

7.2 Creating an unforgivable environment, harassment, or threats through discrimination, intimidation, ridicule, or insult toward any person is prohibited. 

7.3 Acts of hate or bias targeted toward a person or group are prohibited. 

7.4 Inability to exercise care for one’s own, another’s, or community health, safety, and/or property due in part or whole to being under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance is prohibited.
